The Future of XL Nation - From WD Masters 2010

I have had the privilege of representing XL Nation at the Wealth Dynamics Masters programme in Bali last week. We worked on XL Nation with the intention to move it to the next phase towards fulfilling our common commitment to bring about World Wide Wealth. I give a bit of background and overview in my first discussion entry. But as a starting point, I’d like to share with you the re-articulated Promise of our Nation:

What does it look like to fulfil on that over the next year? What kind of work do we need to do as a community to accomplish this? Who do we need to be as a Nation? XL Nation is the Global Nation for World Wide Wealth, Connecting the World’s Change Makers

What are we all here for? World Wide Wealth. That simple. What does the Nation make happen? It provides a place where the World’s Change Makers can connect.

I invite you to take a moment and just allow this to sink in. Allow yourself to become acutely aware that what drew you to this community is the fact that you are a Change Maker - and you want to be wealthy: you want to GIVE AND RECEIVE FULLY. Each of us are in different places regards to our wealth, and we are all committed to bringing about World Wide Wealth by virtue of being wealthy ourselves and empowering those around us to do the same.

This is our starting point. Throughout the week, we did a lot more work - more of which I will share in subsequent entries.

So what will be different?
Well - to give some insight as to some of what will happen with all of our efforts:

• CHANGE MAKERS WILL INCREASINGLY CONNECT others at their WEALTH SPECTRUM level
• XL NATION Citizens will connect via common platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• XL NATION Citizens at higher levels of the Wealth Spectrum will be sharing valuable resources with the wider community that empowers people at all levels of wealth
• XL NATION Citizens will embody the values of our Nation - and will be bringing about World Wide Wealth in going about their everyday lives; the contributions of our Citizens will be increasingly recognised globally

There is a lot of work to - but we are at a critical moment in the history of our Nation. Global XL Nation Forum Meeting

We had an excellent XL Nation Leaders’ Forum on Wednesday. On the call, Michelle reviewed the State of the Nation. She highlighted the Vision and Purpose of XL Nation and then followed with some very sobering numbers which show that for XL Nation to fulfil on its Vision, it is imperative that we work together to expand our Citizenry. Gabriel gave a brief review of the Values Survey and what Leaders had said are Desired Culture Values. From that place, the format of the call shifted to an Enquiry. We had sharing from several Circles on how they run their meetings, deliver value to their members and expand their membership. We also looked at ways we can build on that success to increase the number of Citizens in XL Nation. Best practices were shared and we concluded the call by playing the XL Nation Video leaving everybody inspired and connected to what we are standing for as XL Nation. Declaration of Interdependence

Some of our Circle Leaders have been asking where is the declaration of Interdependence so they can easily download it for their circle meetings. If you look on the front page of XL World. You will find it here, with a link to a slide of the original declaration designed by Tahnee Wolfe

Last month XL Brisbane circle started their meeting, rather than reading the declaration, by playing this great video of Kathleen Hamilton reading out the declaration for the first time at XL National Day on 31st march 2009! It’s a great way to start your meeting!

Leaders Update

We had a very successful XL Leaders Forum call this month – with 16 leaders in attendance – thank you for the active participation of each Leader. We got present to our Declaration of Interdependence – and its link to the Vision and Purpose of XL Nation. We re-connected to what we are about as a Nation, and what we are up for – as a community of people committed to bringing about World Wide Wealth and “Attracting & Empowering the Worlds Change Makers”. We then took a high-level look at the Values Survey that was completed by our members, and reflected on what Values we desired to exemplify as a Nation and in our Circles. This month, the Leaders are taking this conversation back to their Circles and soliciting thoughts and feedback. Circle Leadership Teams

Where are you at in the lifecycle of your Circle? In London, we’ve been re-inventing our Circle to fulfil on what our members want to contribute and to re-connect to the XL Nation Declaration of Interdependence. On Monday night, we created our Purpose anew: “To Bring Social Entrepreneurship Into Life”. Introducing Myself to the community

Hello, I want to thank the Leaders for electing me as Chair of the XL Leaders’ Forum – I am excited about what we can create together – as a community. I became involved in the XL community in 2008 shortly after leaving my executive role at Accenture, the international business consultancy. Like many of you probably know, becoming a “Social Entrepreneur” isn’t always easy, but thanks to the support this community has provided me, I have transformed from an employee to a Leadership Coach empowering leaders to become champions.

Many of you have been involved in your local Circles but may have felt disconnected from the XL Nation community, experienced confusion or felt left in the cold as you tried to build your Circle – I know even I have felt this way. The Leaders’ Forum has been created to address this exact issue – to connect Circles from around the globe to share knowledge, foster community through Circle Leadership and re-connect with the amazing Purpose that had us choose to become a Citizen of XL Nation.

Update about the XL Nation Cultural Value Survey

Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey. I’d also like to thank Helen Urwin – Founding Member from the UK for managing and sponsoring this valuable survey based on Richard Barett’s renowned model of Cultural Transformation and Seven Levels of Community Consciousness.

As you might recall the intention of the survey was to map the personal values of XL Nation Members and Citizens as well as their perception of the current and desired culture values of our community.
Out of 3000 members, we had a 10% participation rate – which is a great response rate for not-for-profit organisations and open communities like ours. This gives us solid and meaningful results. Even though it might have looked very simple for the users who filled in the survey, the results are actually quite sophisticated.

The results of the survey have now been compiled, evaluated and will be presented to the Directors of XL Nation on the 28th of June and used to shape the course of XL Nation over the next 12 months. Afterwards they will be presented to the XL Nation Leaders at their monthly Forum meeting in July.

Well there we were with the fabulous Joanna Martin, who trains entrepreneurs and speakers, who is a living example of what you can doing by designing a life. A woman who made $1.2 million in her first year of speaking. A smart woman who is a doctor, actor and successful business woman. We met for our first Power Up of XL Nation. She was going to share with us how she did that, and how you can too.

Unfortunately due to a technical glitch we were thwarted.

As Joanna said, at least she wasn’t a grumpy speaker with attitude!

XL Brisbane circle meet Australia’s only Massai Warrior!

Thanks to Arcadia Love from the Brisbane circle for sending in this update from their circle meeting this month. You can connect with the Brisbane circle and leave your comments here.

Sianga Kuyan is possibly the only Maasai warrior in Australia. Earlier this month, this passionate young man held Brisbane Circle members and guests spellbound with stories of his life in Tanzania. From a nomadic childhood through his initiation to become a warrior, living amongst wild animals to finally meeting and marrying his Australian wife Melanie. Now living in Australia with Melanie and their young daughter, Sianga has maintained a strong connection with his people. His vision is to share the plight of the maasai in the hopes of enlisting support for his project ‘Future Warriors.’ His aim is to help the young maasai find a way to balance their desire to move to the city with its promise of education, money and a ‘better life,’ with their commitment to family, community and maintaining their traditional culture. Brisbane Circle members embraced Sianga’s and his project with many offering ideas and support. XL Melbourne Circle raise $15,000 in one day!!

Wow, wow, wow, was all we could say when we received this fabulous report from Melbourne’s intrepid reporter – Dr Mary Ann… with a bold ambition to raise $12,000 in one day, not only did they achieve this but smashed their target and raised $15,000. This just shows the power of collaboration and purpose.

XL Brisbane circle meet Australia’s only Massai Warrior!

Sianga Kuyan is possibly the only Maasai warrior in Australia. Earlier this month, this passionate young man held Brisbane Circle members and guests spellbound with stories of his life in Tanzania. From a nomadic childhood through his initiation to become a warrior, living amongst wild animals to finally meeting and marrying his Australian wife Melanie. Now living in Australia with Melanie and their young daughter, Sianga has maintained a strong connection with his people. His vision is to share the plight of the maasai in the hopes of enlisting support for his project ‘Future Warriors.’ His aim is to help the young maasai find a way to balance their desire to move to the city with its promise of education, money and a ‘better life,’ with their commitment to family, community and maintaining their traditional culture. Brisbane Circle members embraced Sianga’s and his project with many offering ideas and support. XL Melbourne Circle raise $15,000 in one day!!

Wow, wow, wow, was all we could say when we received this fabulous report from Melbourne’s intrepid reporter – Dr Mary Ann… with a bold ambition to raise $12,000 in one day, not only did they achieve this but smashed their target and raised $15,000. This just shows the power of collaboration and purpose.

XL Nation and your XL Life Membership

It has been a year since the first XL National Day on 31st March 2010. This email includes important updates on the progress of XL Nation and how it affects your XL Life Membership.

Thank you to the three XL Nation Directors, Martin Jimmink, Charles Buffett and Katrina McGilchrist. Together with the Michelle Clarke and the XL Nation team they have been laying the groundwork over the last year for the growth of XL Nation.

We held our second XL National Day on 31st March 2010, and on that same day, XL Nation received its certificate of incorporation as a non-profit organisation. Yesterday, I signed an agreement with Katrina McGilchrist which officially assigns all assets and memberships of XL Results Foundation to XL Nation.

I am very grateful to the XL Nation team and XL Leaders who have stepped up this year to create circles, collaborated on new projects and invited new changemakers to XL Nation. Your XL Life Membership is now an XL Nation Founding Membership with many new benefits and the same mechanism for transferability.

With the collective actions of the active XL Members and Citizens, we are seeing growing momentum towards our Vision 2020. With this email, I urge you to take one or more of the five actions below and to add to that momentum:

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. It’s such an honour and a privilege to welcome you as Citizens and Founding Members of XL Nation.

This past year has been an amazing journey for those of us involved in the birthing of XL Nation. We are excited to share that XL Nation was officially incorporated in Hong Kong on XL National day 31st March 2010 and that an agreement between XL Results foundation was signed on the the 20th April 2010 which allows us to formally welcome all of the XL Results Foundation members on board now as members of XL Nation.

To give you a little background on how I came to be involved, my husband and I joined as Life Members approximately 5 years ago. We did so because we were impressed by Roger and felt he was someone who could make a huge difference in the world. We paid our membership but it never occurred to us to do anything beyond this to support it. Being honest we got on with the day to day running of our business without really thinking further about it until last year when an email came through about XL Nation.

It had a resonance to it, something felt different. So much so that I attended a meeting in Sydney to find out more about the changes taking place. I really got it that this new vehicle was one that could really make a huge difference in the world and if we wanted to see the change we all needed to chip in and do our bit.

A couple of months later through a series of synchronistic events I found myself in Bali where Martin Jimmink Chairman of XL Nation was looking for someone to become the third director to support himself and Charles Buffett. It felt right to serve as a director and here I am some 6 months later welcoming you and inviting you to come and serve along side us in whatever capacity you feel called.

Many people have poured their love and support into XL Nation this last year and we are incredibly grateful. Our current core leadership team is made up of a committed group of volunteers Michelle Clarke, Anke Lassere, Rustica Lamb & Bea Benkova, who are commitmed to creating a sustainable, scaleable organisation. The rewards we have experienced this year have come in the form of new members joining, the circles of interest being formed and the inspirational stories people are living. A number of which we heard throughout XL National day. We realise that this is only the tip of the iceberg.

We realise that through XL Nation it is possible to build a worldwide network of changemakers throughout the world at a grass roots level. For those of us with founding membership we are able to guide the direction of the organization due to our seats on the senate.

Whatever level of involvement you would like to have you are welcome. Maybe you wish to set up a circle in your area of interest or profession, maybe you have skills you’d like to contribute to the core team, maybe you’d like to hook up with people who are working on specific projects close to your heart that you’d like to offer financial support to or put forward to get support. Let’s work together collectively to be the change. XL Nation is very much a place where like minded people can come together to connect, share ideas, collaborate and be inspired. Where we can give and contribute in an effective way. It’s amazing what is possible when there is a lot of us doing a little compared to a few of us doing a lot.

XL National Day and XL Nation Incorporation Update

XL National day was fantastic. For those of us that were physically there it was great experience to come to together with such a wonderful group of like minded people. The stories shared by the members from around the world were truly inspirational. What I loved about it was that these were ordinary people achieving extraordinary results because of their commitment and dedication to their causes. I learnt a lot and took it as a personal challenge to expand my view of what is possible for the projects I’m currently working on.

Extra special news, the morning after XL National Day we received word that XL Nation had been incorporated on XL National Day 31st March 2010.
This was so exciting that it had happened on XL Nation Day. We are now able to move forward with completing the agreement betwen XL Nation and XL Results Foundation and to put in place the necessary administration systems to support us moving forward.

The Directors Choice Awards were also announced during the XL Nation evening celebrations. We take great pleasure in announcing the two outstanding individuals chosen from a large number of very worthy recipients. The first award was the “Directors Choice Award for Leadership” went to Michelle Clarke from the UK and the “Directors Choice award for Contribution was awarded to Jeanette Jiffkins of Australia. At this time we would also like to acknowledge the wonderful contributions of all of you that have put your time, energy and love into helping bring XL Nation to this place in it’s history.

The XL Nation Values Survey – LAUNCHING IN A FEW DAYS!

XL Nation Values Survey is almost ready for launch - it’s coming next week! All XL Nation Founding Members and Citizens are invited and encouraged to participate …and that includes YOU!

It is a critically important project, so let’s recap what it is and why we are doing it:

WHAT to expect?
The survey will map the personal values of XL Nation Members and Citizens and our perception of the current and desired culture values of our community.

The same process has been done to transform and revitalize corporations, NGOs, government institutions, communities as well as nations, most notably in the US after President Obama resumed his office. The US Values study is the first of a series to be conducted throughout Obama’s office term in order to monitor the values that are common to the nation. Other studies at nation level were conducted in Argentina, Bhutan, Denmark, Latvia and Iceland.

WHY are we doing it?
This process is of great value in planning for our future as XL Nation. It has been found invaluable in mapping the values of communities that share a common heritage or purpose – which for us, XL Nation, is the World Wide Wealth. The survey will allow us to well understand our individual and collective values and organize ourselves to accomplish our World Wide Wealth Vision 2020 in a way that best expresses these values.

HOW will the results be used?
The results will be used by the XL Nation Leadership team and Circle leaders to decide how we want to structure and manage the XL Nation going forward to create flow and be on purpose, especially serve as a guide for the following 6 months when plan to put these structures in place.

NEXT STEPS
Watch out for an email with the link to do the survey. The link will lead you to do a simple and short survey, but don’t be deceived by its simplicity; it will provide profound insight and guidance to empower our mutual community - our XL Nation.

Mike Handcock embarks on Global Tour in Support of XL Nation – catch him in one of 22 XLN Cities

It’s not often you get to see an incredible film, of humanity, of transformation and one featuring a host of people that have made XL and XL Nation the global home of world wide wealth that it is. ‘Dreamcatchers’ is such as film. Roger Hamilton, Martin Jimmink and some other XL Nation Citizens were just in Bali at the Wealth Dynamics Masters Program where they saw for the first time the Directors cut of Mike Handcock’s new movie. Shot in fifteen countries and with a cool soundtrack Dreamcatchers is the story of 9 ordinary people, most of whom are XLFM’s too, who have created the most extraordinary lives by tapping in and using the universal and ancient laws. The ancient wisdom in the movie is both thought provoking and profound.

Many of you will be familiar with XL FM Mike Handcock. Mike has been one of XL’s main coaches over the past few years running fantastic workshops for members all around the world. He is also well known for many times being a mentor at EBS, WD masters and other such programmes.

Mike and his Rock Your Life team have really thrown their support behind XL in both the film and the launch and as you will see in the movie it celebrates XL and what we stand for: world wide wealth. Mike is about to launch a global tour covering many of the XL cities as he goes to share his movie and present his super inspiring material as well.

We would heartily recommend not only that you book at one of the 22 launches globally to see the film, but also encourage many of your friends to come along as well. Its coming up to the Chinese New Year (14th Feb) and as preparations are taking place all over the world we wanted to wish all of you- our XL Family the very best.

The XL Nation Values Survey

It’s coming this month! Mid-February we are launching an XL Nation Values survey based on Richard Barett’s renowned model of Cultural Transformation and Seven Levels of Community Consciousness. It is sponsored and managed by Helen Urwin, one of our founding members from the UK, who works closely with Richard Barrett.

WHAT to expect?
The survey will map the personal values of XL Nation Members and Citizens and our perception of the current and desired culture values of our community.

Everyone. All XL Nation Founding Members and Citizens are invited and encouraged to participate.

WHEN will it happen and WHERE?
The survey will be done in couple of stages with the individual surveys opening on 15 February and closing on 15 March 2010.
Afterwards we will collate the inputs and Helen’s team will process the results, which will be presented back to you at the XL Nation Convention in April. Even if you are not there in person you can still watch it through the U-Stream worldwide in real time or later view the recording of the live event.

Welcoming New Members to our World!

Last week we we had 3 citizens join XL Nation at the Wealth Dynamics Workshop on the Gold Coast and 14 people apply for XL Nation citizenship at the WDW on the Gold Coast. That makes a total of 17 people over the weekend.

Happy New Year XL Citizens

– please let me take this opportunity to wish you and all of your family a very happy, healthy and abundant 2010.

I felt it was timely to send an update on what the XL Nation central operational team (who are volunteering their time to commit to XL Nations growth) have been focused on over the past few months since the October Convention and what we remain focused at over the next 3 months through to National Day in Bali on 31st March 2010.

We meet every Monday on a conference call to discuss the progress and plans for the week and we communicate regularly with each other using some global software which helps us to project plan.

Some really great news to start the New Year off is that we had 20 new citizens join XL Nation in one day, from one event in Australia. They had all attended the One life programme in Hunter Valley and have joined the one life circle inspired about making a difference to our vision of World Wide Wealth. That first new intake last week has been the largest number of new Citizens joining XL Nation since we started last March, so it augurs well for a great 2010 and a large number of people joining us with our mission.

Below you will see the objectives we are focused at, who are the owner of the specific accountability’s, what the milestone dates are and an update based on this morning’s call with the team.

Vacancy

The fabulous Jo Galati who has been doing a wonderful job keeping everything organized and structured in the admin dept has now, got so many commitments she needs to step back from the admin role and just focus on the communications side. So, this leaves an opportunity open for someone (this is the only paid role in XL Nation just now, kindly sponsored by XL FM Helen Urwin from the UK) for an admin assistant – 8 hours per week to start, with the potential to build to more during 2010. This role would suit a very organized and structured person, ideally a trader/accumulator type profile. Six Month Objectives

The objectives for the six months to XL National Day, 31st March 2010 are:

1. Build a cash positive, global, non-profit operation with a steady stream of new citizens joining and a number of simple programs in place to grow towards XL2020.

2. The 2009 transition from XLRF to XLN behind us and all existing XL members aware of the change, how to participate and having clear access to the processes to add value into membership and transfer out of membership.

3. A transition from the current board and team focused on setting up XL Nation to a board and team focused at building XL Nation to become a leading organisation within the global social enterprise community.

4. Concrete steps in establishing and promoting the three pillars of XL Nation that make us unique within the global community – namely: Changemaker Circles connecting resources globally; a community of Extraordinary Lives leading by example; and an entrepreneur democracy crafting World Wide Wealth – A nation without borders, united by purpose.

Priority #1: Complete Incorporation/Bank Account and communicate to Members

Update: This has taken much longer than we originally anticipated and I know members have been very curious to know the latest info. The XL Nation directors have now completed their due diligence and have now all agreed to be directors for XL Nation. The incorporation documents are traversing the globe (literally) from country to country for the 3 directors to sign and will then be sent to Singapore to be finally forwarded to the new company secretary based in Hong Kong – which is the country members voted they wanted XLN to be incorporated in. We believe the process of signing and posting could take 3 weeks and then we may have to wait an additional 6 weeks for the application to be totally processed in Hong Kong.

Until XLN is incorporated we cant open a bank account – we are currently using a paypal account and use this for all member payments to XLN and supplier payments from XLN.

Priority #2: Budget in place/Accounting System

Update: A budget and P&L has been put in place. This allows for the growth of XLN to 500 new Citizens in 2010. The estimate for January was 10 new Citizens, this has already been doubled and we have 2 weeks left in Jan. XLN basic running costs are currently less than SGD$2150 per month (covers admin, email and database management, weekly members updates, use of u stream technology, secretary in HK and paypal charges) We need to aim for a min of 10 new members to cover basic costs. Once we hit 20 new members per month + we can look to implement the systems we have been talking about all year.

We are cash flow positive and up to date with payments due.

Ilyas Patel accountants in the UK are currently setting up the basic accounting and bookkeeping service for XLN.

Priority #3: XLRF/XLN Agreement/communication

Update: This agreement has been written and ‘agreed’ by XLRF and the XLN Directors but can only be signed and put in place once XLN is incorporated. A copy of the agreement will be made available on XLW in the coming weeks

Update: we currently have a team made up of 12 volunteers and one paid admin assistant. Each volunteering between 2 and 10 hours a month.

Update: the event that was held in Australia this week, which Roger was attending, culminated in 20 new members once Roger explained the vision of XL Nation. Roger has volunteered that he will talk about XL Nation at every event he runs wherever he is in the world to support the local circles.

Topher Morrisson has also offered to do the same, as has Mike Handcock.

Update: Bea has been researching a tool that has been very kindly offered to us gratis by XL FM and consultant Helen Urwin. This questionnaire will help us to understand much more about the culture that our members want to create in XLN and what structures will be required to do this. Update: As we are now cash flow positive, this has become less of an immediate priority. We had a small number of extremely generous sponsors who have supported us financially through set up and I would like to particularly thank Roger who has personally paid for the majority of activity in 2009 to date.

Update: Roger is recording much of the content in his upcoming programmes at the end of January which he will edit for the Circle Leaders to use at their circle meetings. These recordings will help provide learning content and a way to structure your meetings to help deliver even more value. There will be a series available by mid 2010. The first recording will be available in XLW mid Feb.

Priority #9: Review Findings from Values Q for Comms and implementation

Priority #10: Global Resources – Effective PIXL’s system

Update: Katrina will be working with a systems expert on this project. Her aim is to make the current Pixl’s system clear and easy to understand so that as a circle meets and delivers value it can quickly and easily upload and share its resources globally and all the content can be tagged and easily found.

The system will be presented on National Day.

You might all remember Michelle’s update from the Bali Convention back in October this year. On the day we managed to record a lot of the day and get some of that footage edited. Before we break for Christmas we wanted to share with you a special 50 min presentation by Roger James Hamilton that we feel encompasses the past ( XL Results Foundation,) the present and the future for XL Nation. We’ve cut the video into 5 x 10 min slots to make it easier for viewing and we hope that all members will get a chance to watch this presentation.

XL Nation 6 month plan

The XL Nation executive team have been working on a 6 month plan over the last few weeks. Over the next fews weeks and in Jan 2010 we’ll start to share this plan with you via XL In Touch and also in a dedicated mail out.

XL Nation Directors Update

XL team, over the last number of weeks, we, Charles Buffet, Katrina McGilchrist and Martin Jimmink, as directors have been meeting weekly to discuss the responsibilities and roles of the directors and the overall model of XL Nation.

This week the directors completed the paperwork to finalize incorporation of XL Nation. We understood that for many members the question being asked often was what is taking so long with incorporation? Surely incorporation doesn’t take this long? and What happened to getting incorporated by the October Bali Convention?

While XL Nation and it’s vision is jointly the responsibility of it’s members, the director’s in addition have corporate responsibilities which needed to be fully understood prior to committing to incorporation.We do and did not take these responsibilities lightly and had to ensure that we completed our due diligence giving it the care it requires to come to 100 % commitment based on clarity of knowledge.

We wanted to make sure that we took the time to get it right from the very beginning so that we could build the strongest foundation for XL Nation possible.

It’s been inspirational to see while we have been working on incorporation many of you have been stepping up to lead or support circles in your area or area of interest and helping new citizens to join. The feedback on line if you haven’t had an opportunity to see it is great. It shows the beginning of what collectively we can accomplish through XL Nation on a world wide scale.

Today as you read this the directors met again to discuss the major milestones that they needed to work on for the next 6 months

XL World Tip- XL Circle Treasuers

Over the last few weeks we’ve introduced you to the the circle leader, guardian, scout, guide and reporter. Now we move into the winter energy and introduce you to the circle treasuer.

The circle treasuerer roles include Keeping track of WWW rankings and contributions, any monies collected, anh monies owed, any Circle KPIs, etc and reports to each meeting. Often thought of as the Lord profile and one of the hardest roles a circle seeks to fill - this is one of the most important roles.
As circles choose social enterprises to support the treasuer is critical in measuring the success circles are having as we work towards our 2020 vision.

XL Tip of the Week - Introduction to the When Energy of Circles

Last week we introduced you to the Circle Scout. Following on from this, this week we’d love to introduce you to the Circle Reporter! The circle reporter carries with it an earth energy and is all about - yep you guessed it When!

Each circle reports on its monthly learning, which is pertinent to its purpose (Scout). It reports on the opportunities it has to share at a global level, again pertinent to its purpose and its members (Guide). It also reports on the most amazing and inspiring stories of where its members have totally got it right or in some cases totally got it wrong so other people can learn from their experiences and this is where we meet the Reporter.

The key job of the Reporter is to present Stories and promote best practice in their circle - be that generating answers to members issues, celebrating successes and collating where citizens have used learnings from XL and put them into practice and then making sure that these sharing go into the XL Library so that any member from any other circle can share in the learning!

A farewell to an outstanding Founding Member

It was with much sadness this week that the XL community learnt about the passing of one of our Founding Members. Ms Veronica Ho.

Veronica was an XL Founding Member who had been an integral part of the Leadership team in Asia. From being a founding member in Malaysia her home town she took on a leadership position when she became the XL Country Manager for China.

Veronica was founder of the One Academy Design School in KL. Veronica was also a 2007 XL Extraordinary Lives Award Nominee.

A service is being held to commemorate her life on the 19th of November in KL.
Please hold Veronica and her family in your hearts as she in honoured today.

Wealth Dynamics Spectrum Test!

As mentioned last week we are looking forward to the full Wealth Dynamics Spectrum test being release at the end of the year to XL Founding Members who will be the first to receive the test before its release to the public!
The Wealth Dynamics Spectrum test will not only produce a result but will come with report so that test takers can fully understand where they sit on the spectrum.

The full Wealth Dynamics Spectrum test is due for release at the end of the year and XL Founding Members will be the first to receive the test before its release to the public!

XL Tip of the Week- Introduction to the Who Energy of Circles

Last week we introduced you to the Why Energies of the circles. This week we’d love to introduce you to the Circle Scout.

For the Scout their flow is “Knowledge”: Transforming information into action. They are the ‘Dynamo’ frequency in the four flow Leaders: The spark. Their focus is supporting the learning of Circle members and more specifically, the application of that learning.

At Circle meetings the scout facilitate a session for the education of Circle members. They turn a pixl into power through inspiration and insight, and they turn that power into a pixl. This is how every Scout links every circle to XL Nation through the flow of knowledge. This is one of the five pixls that grow our social profit: pixl stands for “Profit in XL”.

Outside Circle meetings they are identifying resources which support the learnings that Circle members have identified they want.

XL Tip of the Week- Introduction to the Why Energy of Circles

Each of the leadership roles within a circle caries with it a certain energy. Before we go into the what, who etc I wanted to introduce to you the Why energy roles of the circle.
The Why is our Spirit energy and the reason “why” we come together.
Within a circle the Circle Leader, Circle Guardian and the WWW Ambassador hold the space for the Why energy.

The Why energy are the guardians of the 2020 vision for XL Nation and all its members within the circle. The why energy opens the meeting starting with the WWW Ambassador sharing the 2020 vision and Global WWW stats for the previous months and then moves to the Circle Leader who leads the circle through the Declaration of Interdependence. We then move onto the Guardian who leads us through the meeting. The WWW ambassador and leader also closes the meeting always bringing us back to the why after much sharing, learnings and inspiration is shared.

Within a circle each month the what, who, when, and how will change however it is the Why that always remains the same.

XL Tip of the Week

We’ve had some feedback that people are not 100% sure what each of the circle flow leaders role are and what is the “reasoning” behind circles and the roles so over the next few weeks we’ll introduce you to the concept of circles and each flow leader role!

Why do we have circles?
Circles of Trust and Purpose: The power of connecting collectively

Each Circle is a place for XL Members to belong, supporting the principle of C-A-R-E. From Human Race to Human Care.

Connection: Connection is the basis of democracy (the power of all over the power of one). The opposite of connection is separation and separation is the basis to all poverty.

Appreciation: Once we are connected, appreciation is both a human value and a capital value . It is the building block of worth, which in turn is the mountain from which wealth flows. Appreciation is the basis of capitalism (Capital appreciation). The opposite is scarcity: A race for scarce resources – unsustainable economy vs. sustainable ecology.

Rhythm: Rhythm is the heart beat of the greater whole. This rhythm is the basis of any movement from a physical movement to a global movement. The opposite of rhythm is suspension. Life without connection, appreciation and rhythm leads to suspended animation and to redundancy where our life is a lifeless life of not enough.

Effective Giving: Community comes from the French verb communiere which means the collective sharing of gifts. Biologically, energy created and energy transferred adds life to the whole. This is the basis of community. The opposite is not ineffective taking (which at least is unsustainable and so will eventually die). The opposite is sceptic holding, where we stay in the game but without passing the ball. On a football pitch it’s called dribbling. We can choose to dribble through life through sceptic holding – as in a septic tank – or receive and give effectively, adding on either side of the transaction. This is flow.

The XL Nation Citizens Guide has four simple steps that will take you through XL Nation Citizenship and while its been specifically set up for new XL Nation Citizens we highly recommend all XL Nation members to have a look as it explains XL Nation in a nutshell.

The leaders guide has been developed specifically for Founding Members and Citizens who have stepped up as Leaders to provide them with the tools they need to get started, set up effectively and be successful in their roles.

XL World Tip of the Week

I’m confused about where to find circles on XL World!
We’ve had feedback that there seems to be a lot of confusion between finding circles and groups on XL World as you’ll find circles and groups in the same area. Circles and groups do exist in the same area as circles are often born from groups.

If your looking for a verified XL Nation circle the best place to see the list is under the circle tab. From there you will see a list of verified XL Nation circles (which we have moved up the top so its easier to find!)

XL Nation Time!

With so many global events and online, offline and circle meetings we had to find a way to make it easy to list all of these events. XL Nation events such as global power ups, forum meetings ect ect will always be listed in UTC (co-ordinated universal time or gmt as its also know) You’ll find a UTC clock on the front page on XL World & we’ll also provide a link on the events on where you can find your local time. We also encourage all Circle events to list their time as UTC and then provide links for the local time!

Update on XL Nation Projects and resource requirements

It’s a week since the XL Nation Convention already. Where does time fly by to? You will have seen by now, Martin’s and my, written updates on the convention, also uploaded are the video’s from convention made straight after the day. I said last week I would give more info on the projects, the outstanding ones still not completed and the new ones that have been created as well as letting you know who has stepped up into projects from last week and who has been sponsoring projects.

The convention saw a fundamental shift in the way that the formation, set up and running of XL Nation was viewed. Convention participants went away very clear that XL Nation is a Nation of members, for the members and run by the members, not set up and run by a group of paid employees or a hierarchy of members making decisions in isolation. In fact, as I said last week of one project we discussd, ‘if no one says they can do it, it’s very likely it may not get done’. The official disbanding of the Transformation Team as it was, happened last week, at convention and created the space for more people to get involved on a project basis in the set up, creation and running of our Nation. It removes the ‘them and us’ and leaves only ‘Us’

So today’s update is very practical J

XL Nation, now that it is incorporated as a Not for Profit Organisation (or, as ‘A for Social Profit’ Organisation) is looking for individuals and organisations that want to be able to contribute to its growth and sustainability by either directly donating funds, specifically sponsoring projects in XL Nation or project leading a task to be completed.

Income for XL Nation will of course be generated by Citizenships, as well as funding in the long term and with the right systems and infrastructure for XL Nation and its members we could easily, in the future, support the arrival of 50-100 new members a month. The challenge we have right now, is, in order to build those systems and infrastructure, we need funding available to enable some of the even most basic projects meet their milestones.

At the Convention last week, when we explained the projects, their dependencies and priority for completion, several people stepped up to either project lead or to sponsor the development of a project, which was fantastic!

Perhaps as you support XL Nation, you would also like to sponsor a specific project and have your name/company name attached to that project as the official sponsor, or perhaps you would like to make a specific donation, that XL Nation can apportion to the projects below in order to meet its priorities. Perhaps your company is a service provider and you would like to sponsor a project with your time e.g.) accounting services, website development and hosting, systems development, or you can project manage the completion of one of the projects.

Each project as outlined here has a specific $ value attached to it, a member of the Team that is project managing it and a description of how the money will be used to further the work of XL Nation.

We know that Maya has been a massive inspiration to many of our XL Members throughout the years and we are very grateful to have Maya within our community. XL Leaders Bali Convention

Tuesday saw the Inaugural Bali Leaders Convention. With over 35 Xl circle leaders, citizens and founding members from around the world a great and inspiring day was had by all and most importantly plans for 2010 were made.

We’ve had word from those there on Tuesday that over the coming weeks, the team will be working on updates, videos, blogs and photos from the day to share with you all as well as as updates on opportunities and projects that all members no matter where they are in the world can play an active part in.

Get to know the XL Forum

This week we’d like to introduce you to the XL Forum. The XL Forum is the Group for of all Circle Leaders & Circle Guardians of verified XL Nation Circles. The purpose of the XL Nation forum is so that changes can be made swiftly to the effective running of XL Nation and so that members of Circles can suggest improvements via their Circle Leaders.

If your a member of a circle and have any suggestions or learnings that you believe would be beneficial to the running of circles and the process then be sure to let your circle leader or guardian know. The next XL circle forum is scheduled for November 2nd where learnings and insights from the Bali Convention will be shared.

A Bali Convention Update from Martin Jimmink

Vision Villa’s is an amazing place….connecting the Why, What, Who, When and How.. with the journey of life running as a river of 7 years cycles thru the place. My second home…. where the team greets me every time with the words: “welcome home, Martin”

Over the last 3 months I have taken myself thru an amazing journey. In the past 6 years I have been a life member of XL Nation and became a mentor at EBS and Masters… many times I told Roger and other XL members that I was ready to Step Up… without finding the “match”. In July I was asked to become chair person for the Transformation Team and my listening skills were such that I heard XL Nation… so I made it ChairPerson for XL Nation. I had to do my due diligence as there was so much noise on the XL line.. I spoke with people, listened, got confused, wanted to be the sorter outerer, fixer. Thoughts went through my mind around stepping away, what a waste of my time, awesome people in XL. I asked myself the question is Roger a crook… I looked at everything.

My final conclusion has been that, yes mistakes have been made, promises have been broken and people have had to change direction and… that nothing of this occurred intentionally. I belief that I am 100% in my integrity with taking on my role as chairperson for XL Nation believing that most conversations have been had, all broken promises addressed and turned into action towards completion.

With this energy and intention to shine a light forward I stepped into my role. Firstly announcing this carefully to a group of XL FM on Monday evening, and the next evening to set the intention for the Bali Convention at Vision Villa’s to all who had come from around the world to be part of the Convention.

The day itself was an amazing day…. thank you all for showing up, investing your time and energy to come to Bali and to be present! Thank you….

Thank you too to all who have made XL Nation a reality. A Huge Thank you to the Transformation team for getting us to where we are now.

We achieved massive results.

In my debrief with Roger and Michelle we shared our gems (things that shine).
Stepping up of Michelle and Martin. Creating completion on Integrity. A shift from checking out to see what the leaders have been up to, to realising that XL Nation is your country, what do YOU need to do to make it work (Buckminster Fuller told us that if you see a job that needs doing, put your name on the job!). People contributing with time, expertise and money to take ownership for outstanding projects (hurray!!) A clear path forward for the next 6 months. All inspired about the constant growing and real possibility for XL Nation! and ….. having all 3 XL XtraOrdinairy Life award winners in the room… how amazing that was.
And Congratulations to all, Andy, Michelle and Maya in particular! You are shining lights!

The opportunities (things that can be improved). Getting input from all to create the agenda in advance. Focussing on our communication to make it possible for all to be involved from where-ever people are.

Overall an amazing achievement! It will be my focus to keep this momentum and empower people to achieve the goals, tasks, completion of projects that they have chosen to commit to. I am excited and humbled to be part of XL Nation. The Global Nation for World wide Wealth attracting and empowering the World’s Change Makers.

A message from Martin Jimmink to all XL Members

Dear all within XL Nation,

Thank you for investing your time, support and contribution to XL and XL Nation. My name is Martin Jimmink, I am the Chairperson and one of the three directors of XL Nation.
I have been an XL member since 2004. Soon after I invested in XL I was asked by Roger to be a regular mentor at EBS. Since 2007 I have also mentored at EBS Master Classes. I brought with me my knowledge of business systems… an interesting focus for a star to have!

Over the years I have had much enjoyment in by involvement with XL, in being able to be of service to you. It was with great surprise to be asked to be Chairperson for XL Nation in July. I am still getting my head around WHAT XL Nation could be…WHAT circles are….WHO is going to sort out stuff and WHEN will it be finished so all are comfortable and is there enough HOW for all to have clarity.

I was born in the Netherlands and immigrated to a new nation…. New Zealand. I went thru the hoops, applying for roles, being ‘sussed out ‘ by people. I was tested on my knowledge of the English language. I became aware that it was up to me to create a network, make friends, educate myself, find my way, create an income and my new life. In all these years I have contributed to the government with money so they could create the infrastructure for me to function. Good deal… I love being able to live in this country!

I see XL Nation in the same way. We speak the language of Wealth Dynamics, we have giving and receiving in common, making the world a better place, learning, being entrepreneurs. We have a nation to operate in and we have fellow citizens! We have stories, drama, right, wrong, people we like, people we are not sure of - just like a real country!

I see where I have overcomplicated things and then I am reminded what I learned whilst doing my MBA. KISS - Keep It Short and Simple. I just need to get on with doing what I love doing… as a founding member, mentor, chairperson, as Martin. I am reminded for me it is being abundant and inspirational… make MAGIC!

With this in mind I have been making a few choices. I have chosen that Incorporation is the way forward and have approached two other directors ( their stories will come out each week and our first director Charles story is attached) As soon as XL Nation is Incorporated the council can chose new directors. For now we are at least moving. The legal process is being done as I write.

Next week I will be in Bali, for the XL Nation Convention and it is my commitment to YOU to video as much as I can, so you can be part of what we will be talking about.

Wealth Dynamics Institute Practitioner Programme Update

From the 1st to 7th of October, the first Wealth Dynamics Institute WD’s Practitioner Programme is being run in Bali. The Wealth Dynamics Practitioner Certification was created for those who wish to use the Wealth Dynamics system in a professional context. It is the entry level certification offered by the Wealth Dynamics Institute and the first step on the accreditation pathway. Participants will gain a practical understanding of the foundational principles of Wealth Dynamics and the skills to use them effectively in professional coaching or consulting engagements; empowering them to maximise their own personal flow as well as that of those they choose to work with. Tony Smith - one of our XL Members is going to be doing something a little different. Tony will be cycling 977.6 miles from Lands End to John O’Groats over 10 days

with 18 other Financial Services Players as part of Money Spinners, a group committed to raising significant funds for charity over the next few years by taking on significant bike rides around the world. I remember about 15 years ago we were having a big event at the Health Centre and things were going a bit hectic. My then Centre manager gently put her hand on my shoulder and said “we all think you are a bit stressed, you are being very controlling”. I knew that as someone with a high Wood frequency that would be a likely stress response, I had worked for years helping stop creative Wood types’ micro managing chaos. I was quite surprised how easily though I had fallen into a trap that I knew was there. There are lots of ways you can use the Water frequency, being still and reflecting is one. So I took myself away, reflected about how many people I had around me who wanted to make this work and then let them get on with their jobs. The result…. a great event and happier staff.

Global Power Up Survey

An inspiring XL Members story we’d love to share

Lillian Masebenza one of the longest-standing XL Founding Members in Cape Town, South Africa, and her Mhani Gingi Social Entrepreneurial Networks project were both acknowledged by USA Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who is presently visiting Africa. August is Women’s month in South Africa in rememberance of the 9th of August 1956, when the 20 000 South African women staged a march to the Union Buildings, protesting against the pass laws of 1950. Are you feeling a little overwhelmed by the emails that XL World sends you every time someone replies to a groups that you have joined or an event that your attending?
If your the type of person who would rather visit XL World once a day or once every couple of days and catch up on everything happening within your XL World and not have an email sent to you then click on settings on the right hand side under your name, click on email under your setting on the left hand side & you can select what kind of updates XL World sends you.

Of course we know that this wont work for everyone - so go ahead, play with the settings and make XL World work for you :)

Wealth Dynamics Tip of the Week

Accumulators have the ability to take the most complex, break it down and come up with clearest and simplest of solutions. No waste, really efficient. So you will see them doing well in a business over the long term. They may or may not like numbers but they will like efficiency and numbers are sometime a way to measure that.
If I have a complex set of ideas that I am struggling with and want someone to help pull it together I will often turn to an Accumulator, I will often do this in preference to a dealmaker because although they have the same tempo assimilation I will often get a clearer truth with less desire to please me from an Accumulator. The outcome will still be put forward in a sympathetic way but I know there will be clarity through the Steels energy.

M.A.D Project

Congratulations to Arcadia Love - an XL Founding Member who has been named as one of the Top 10 finalists for the Essentially for Women Inaugural Business and Life Makeover Awards in Australia.

Arcadia heads up the M.A.D project connecting people who want to make a difference with those who already are. M.A.D.’s focus is to promote the work of charities, and NFP’s (not-for-profit groups) working to ease suffering by providing food, clothing, shelter, safety, education and medical care to people in extreme poverty or high need. When economies fall into Winter season, it becomes the Winter of Discontent. The Autumn Earth is left behind and there is more upset than ever as the ground falls away. The ‘Mechanic’ stage of any cycle is often mistaken as ‘fix what is broken’ rather than ‘re-order for the approaching Spring’. Mechanics don’t take things apart just to see how things work. They take things apart to see how they can work better.

XL North West Community Circle (UK)

XL North West Circle was set up with the intention of being a Shining example for all Circles. They hold monthly in-person meetings in the Manchester area to lead the way in the local expansion of the concepts of World Wide Wealth, Effective Giving & Personal Development. With over 20 circles up and running and another 50 circles close to be verified this month it can sometimes be a bit confusing knowing what is a circle, why do we have circles, what circles are out there and which ones you’d like to connect with. The easiest and simplest way to find out more about circles is to head to XL World and click on the tab called circles! You’ll then be able to scroll down and not only see a link to circle tutorials but you’ll also be able to see the full list of verified XL circles.

Inviting new XL Citizens

If you know someone who would like to join as a citizen of XL Nation the easiest way & quickest way is to invite them to a Circle Meeting. This way they can experience first hand the value of learning and connecting that the Circles offer.

If you do invite a guest along to a meeting, be sure to advise the Circle Guide so they know to expect and can welcome your guest. After the meeting, get in touch with your guest to get their feedback and thoughts and whether or not they are interested in joining as an XL Nation Citizen. After attending the Wealth Dynamics Experience in 2007, Shaylesh Patel was inspired to set up Healthy Planet. Healthy Planet has just been name one of the finalists at the 3rd Sector Excellence Awards in the UK in the categories: Website and Social Enterprise. With the concept of adopting and monitoring protected land the foundation is seen as a prominent example of an outstanding project. XL Nation Farwells a Founding Member

Many XL Members will remember Farooq as a gentle kind soul who loved connecting with people. Farooq joined the XL family in 2007 and while in Greece, where he had been residing, passed away on the 3rd July. Many XL Members were fortunate enough to meet Farooq not only during the time he spent in London but also when he attended EBS in Oct 2007 and it was here that many lasting XL friendship were formed. So far we have received over 50 of your nominations and this is the final 2 days for you to nominate!! Please do make sure you have submitted the names of the 3 Founding Members who you think have been leading and living Extraordinary Lives in 2009 and therefore deserve to be the winner for 2009. Make sure you have got your nominations in by 30th June at the latest to allow your favourite Founding Members to be short listed. All short listed nominees will be interviewed and entered into the Extraordinary Lives Awards Booklet which will be produced and available in October.

If you havent yet joined the Senate group and you are a Founding Member, please do so today by click here. At the end of this week, new proposals for discussion and vote in July will be uploaded, which you may want to have some input on, such as XL Nations Constitution, governance and structure. All members of this group will be notified of the proposals being posted to read and comment on. A number of members of this group are also working on proposing a more effective way of voting which we hope to share this week also.

Congratulations to Ruby Yeh in California, (our first US member to create a Circle!) Charles Buffett in Brisbane, Damien Deighan in Birmingham and Arne Lean in Toronto for having their Circles verified last week! That means their Circles made it into being one of XL Nations 1st Generation Circles…

With 14 verified and official Circles now meeting monthly and 20 Circles currently being set up and almost ready for verification, it means we have 34 Circles meeting up in the month of June. That’s more events than we ever had powers ups running in one month globally in XL 1.0!! Awesome work from the leaders of each of these Circles to get them started up. Well done to each of you and to the Circle Members for the level of contributions.

XL Senate Meeting exclusive for Founding Members - 8th June

One of the privileges of a Founding Membership is having a Seat at the Senate, where you can make proposals that improve the way that XL Nation is Set Up and Run, which keep us true to our Vision of achieving World Wide Wealth. 2 Proposals have currently been submitted for discussion and vote at this month’s meeting on the 8th June and have now been posted up in XL World for reading and consideration. Please do read these in preparation for the meeting on the 8th.

The first is a proposal to provide a gratis membership of XL Nation to cancelled/defaulted Members of XLRF
The Second is a proposal to make Honorarium Payments to the Transformation Team Leaders who have been volunteering their time (and a lot of it) behind the scenes to set up XL Nation

Any other proposals that are submitted to the Transformation Team by 4th June will be put forward to the Senate for vote on the 8th. Additional proposals may come from the Circle Leaders and Circle Guardians Forum Meeting on the 1st June.

Circle Progress in XL Nation

It’s official, 2 months into XL Nation and we are into double Circle figures! Congratulations to Mike Clark in the UK and his London Leadership team for becoming the 10th Verified Circle and another 1st Generation Circle!! This now officially puts the UK at Number One position for Circle Action!

Well done to each of the Circle Leadership Teams.

League Table as it stands now by Country. These results are based on the country that the Circle Leader who set it up is from:

1. UK - 4 Circles
2. Australia - 3 Circles
3. Canada - 2 Circles
4. South Africa - 1 Circle e
5. Everyone else - 0 Circles at all….

Come on ‘Everyone else’… If you need some support for your Circle or for understanding more about Circles, contact Jeanette Jifkins or myself directly and get yourself a place on the official Mentoring Programme. To have your Circle established as a First Generation Circle of XL Nation, you need to have it verified by 30th May, so you still have a week to take some action and be amongst the very first Circles in XL Nation to get started. From June 1st, new Circles being ‘born’ as a result of being Mentored by one of the 10 First Generations, will become a 2nd Generation Circle and so on each month….

There are currently another 16 Circles being Mentored, so lets see who else makes it into the First Generation, May Verification!

ET (Effective Transformation) Circle Meeting - 2nd June

The 3rd meeting of the ET Circle is scheduled for the 2nd June. This circle was originally created just for Country and City Leaders but based on the great level of activity and momentum being created by Members with Circles, this Circle is now open for all Circle Leaders and their Leadership teams to join, wether you are verified or not. Click here to become a member of this Circle.

On this next Circle Meeting, we have some great learning, specifically for Scouts and Guides, from our new Scout, Roger Hamilton, who stepped up at the last meeting! Cool stories from Circle Leaders who are having an amazing impact with their Circles, like Michael Maher in Melbourne, just returned from India where he has helped the members there to create Circles. XL Nation Circles Update

Already now in XL Nation we have 9 verified Circles! With Bob Urichuck in Canada having 2 of his Circles verified just this week - Congratulations to Bob! Click here to see a list of the Circles that are now verified. As Citizens of XL Nation you can choose to join any of the existing Circles that you resonate with One of the ways in which these Circles have been able to get up and running already is that they have been part of the XL Nation Circles Mentoring programme. This consists of members of the Transformation Team working with the Circle Leaders to help them and their Members get clear on 5 elements:

• Why are their Circle Members choosing to show up each month - The ‘Purpose’ of the Circle
• What experience do they want to create the for their Circle Members
• Who are the leaders and what are their roles
• When do they meet and where
• How do they format their first meeting and run it

Being ‘verified’ means they have now got an XL Nation code. Each of these Circles have been meeting, sharing value with one another and are measuring the contributions of their members for the month of May and I am looking forward to how much that is and reporting on that to all of you at the start of June!

I know there is a desire from many Founding Members to get really clear on the privilege and improvements from being a Life Member of XLRF to a Founding Member of XL Nation and the way in which you can continue to access the value out there. If that’s you , then, this is the call for you to be on! Roger, myself and some of our Founding Members from around the world, invite you to join us as we discuss these points exclusively with Founding Members (All XL Life Members are automatically Founding Members) We have dedicated some time specifically to answering the questions that you have about Founding Membership. Extraordinary Lives Awards 2009!

Next weeks Founding Members call will also be the official launch of the Extraordinary Lives Awards for 2009! Nominations for these cool awards are only open to Founding Members. We will give you more details next week on how to nominate the Founding Members that you think deserve to be short listed for this years Awards, so start making your own personal shortlist for Nomination!! Last year’s line up was incredible with Dr John Demartini winning the overall Global Prize and with winners in every country based on your votes!

Last week we had a really cool Power Up with 2 of our fabulous EBS Mentors and Top Business Coaches, Martin and Dave. They shared the 3 principles for transformation and doing Deals with Heart. Thanks to Dave and Martin for the sharing and learning! It just amazes me how we can run a Power Up right to your office or living room these days using the technology available. I was hosting the event from the UK, Dave was presenting from Singapore and Martin was in New Zealand! We had the Tauranga Founding Members all dial in from Maureen Kennedy’s home as they also ran their own Power Up that night! For those of you tha
