Connecting with other members of the XL Nation network

There are two online profiles that we recommend you complete so that other XL Citizens and Founding Members can easily find you. First, add the details of your profile in XL World. Following that, in the XL Nation Facebook Group Fan Page, enabling you to search, follow and interact with a global community of entrepreneurs and changemakers. This is the online, private platform where XL Founding Members and Citizens can find inspiring stories from each of the Circles, track WWW contributions and network and mastermind with other members. It is also where all the XL Nation learning resources can be accessed.

In XL World, search for the XL Citizens you're looking for by using the search box on the top right or by using the Advanced Search facility, typing in country, city, profile or key word to zoom down to the right person to citizen to connect with.

Networking requires two resources: Words and time. When we change the quality of our words and time, we change the quality of the experience when we connect. Don’t focus on what you want to sell. Focus on how you can add value, and then add that value, and offer the opportunity to reciprocate.

Wealth occurs when your giving returns to you. Focus at what you must do to serve, rather than what you must do to deserve. With this attitude, you will soon find that in a group of twenty, when you seek to serve and they seek to serve you, you get an immediate 2,000% return. Each Circle you choose to become part of is another place where you belong. Every XL Citizen and Founding Member belongs to at least one Circle and is committed to participating as an active member of each Circle they choose to join. Being part of a Circle is your opportunity to connect, learn and grow with fellow XL Citizens and Founding Members in an environment focused on your particular interests and passions. So whether your interest lies in health, property or the Pachamama Alliance, you have an opportunity at least monthly to join with like minded people to learn more about your passion and yourself.

Every Circle provides multiple opportunities for you to nominate to step into leadership roles and be elected into any one of those roles for a period of one year.

Your first XL Circle meeting will be held either locally, in person, or globally, online via skype or conference call facilities. The magic in XL Nation takes place at these Circle meetings so book a date for your first event.
